About the Role...
As a Production team member you will be responsible for providing on ground support and work collaboratively building products to the highest standards and within budget, ensuring units meet engineering specifications and customer requirements. Additionally, you will be a vital link to assist in product development, cost reductions, product and component validation, verification and compliance testing, warranty improvement activities and product build audits to ensure accuracy of BOMs. Not limited to but primarily based in the commercial departments with cross training opportunities throughout the business.
Reporting to the Production Coordinator, your key responsibilities in this role will include:
- On time and on budget delivery of products aligned with engineering specifications.
- Provide feedback to stakeholders for design and development work and perform testing to ensure products meet requirements and technical specifications.
- Resolve production issues relating to existing products, ensuring efficient production and compliance to SOP & WHS requirements.

- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with high focus on process & continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience working with hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan and deliver against schedule deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong, trusted relationships with internal team members
- Ability to understand & effectively communicate mechanical design & drawings to the team is desirable
