Triple G Tucking Ltd. is looking for a Data Entry Clerk with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for data to support our Transportation Department. Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain data in corporate systems.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency, auditing records for duplication and accuracy.
- Report discrepancies to immediate supervisor.
- Efficiently check and respond to emails, including mailbox organization.
- Accurately maintain data in both electronic and paper formats.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, filing, and file preparation.
- Making edits and revisions to corporate documents.
- Update, analyze and prepare routine reports for review.
- Adhere to policies, procedures and processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of data entry experience.
- A diploma or degree in related to data entry/administration is an asset.
- Strong self-starter, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, analytical capabilities and ability to prioritize with competing priorities.
- Team player, reliable, punctual, with a strong professional attitude
- Familiarity with databases and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
