- Washes Pots, Pans, China, Flatware and Cooking Utensils
- Sweeps and Mops All Kitchen Floors
- Operates dishwashing machine and ensures machine is operating properly
- Keeps all recycling and garbage areas clear and organized
- Stores and stacks all kitchen china and equipment in the proper manner
- Operates all kitchen equipment with safety in mind at all times
- Ability to carry up to 50lb
- Completes all daily and weekly cleaning schedules as directed
- Keeps work area clean and assists with executing all cleaning schedules as set out by the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs
- Performs any other related duties as assigned by the Sous Chefs or Executive Chef
