- Manage and execute internal audits and business plans
- Autonomously execute complex audit projects
- Coordinate day-to-day activities of the internal audit
- Liaising with external and internal teams while developing strong relationships
- Prepare documentation ensuring legal aspects
- Provide recommendations to improve processes and controls
- Degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 3 years of experience in audit in the financial sector in a similar position
- Insurance experience is considered an advantage
- Proactive with the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communicational and organisational skills
- Fluent in English. Other languages are considered an advantage
