Position Summary
The primary responsibility of a JIRA and IT Infrastructure Administrator is daily operation of JIRA and Confluence, support of business processes, user access management, reporting and leading the whole life cycle management of JIRA. Participate on other agenda of Infrastructure team.
Key Responsibilities
This role will require you to work as part of a team which is responsible to:
- Day to day operation of JIRA and Confluence.
- Creation and complete setup of projects - creating and editing of workflows, permission schemas, screens etc.
- User management - synchronization with LDAP, managing user rights and permissions support for business processes by creating specific workflows based on analysis done with key users from the business.
- Support of Customer care processes, HR processes, IT processes
- Continuous optimization of the whole system and existing workflows, schemas, configurations, reporting, user support etc.
- Confluence user support, creation of new Spaces and overall system administration
- Ability to help with administration of MS Windows and Linux servers, VMware or MS Azure is a plus.
- Running tests and assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities.
- Developing plans and procedures to safeguard and recover data.
- Enhancing existing security and documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and knowledge of JIRA and Confluence, management, licensing, sustainability maintenance
- Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL best practises
- Good understanding of security principals, privileged access management
- Critical thinking and analytical skills to identify and diagnose threats
- Problem-solving skills to develop effective procedures and plans
- Knowledge of Microsoft Domain services
- Knowledge of one or more of those platforms MS Windows Servers, Linux, MS SQL, Postgres SQL, VMware, Cisco Networking
- Advanced English and good Czech or Slovak is a must.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 security services and solutions is an advantage
