Job Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced M&E Coordinator to join our clients team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. You will also have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of M&E systems and procedures.
As an M&E Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating the M&E aspects of construction projects
- Liaising with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Preparing and managing M&E schedules and budgets
- Ensuring that M&E systems are installed and commissioned to the required standards
- Maintaining M&E records and documentation
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of M&E systems and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
