  • Between 4 – 8 years’ experience in applying compensation and benefits practices.

  • Effective communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders

  • Strong planning and project management skills

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English & Mandarin, Japanese language will be advantageous.

  • Desirables:
  • Knowledge of operating Mercer and/or other HR consultancy’s reward tools.

  • Knowledge of Job Evaluation methodologies.

  • Job Description
    Regional Remuneration and Rewards (R&R) Management & Guidance
    The position will have a shared accountability with the Reward Manager for the development of total rewards strategies and design guidelines that can apply flexibly to business needs appropriate to the assigned regions.
    The position will also be the key information and consultative window for the regional implementation of the global reward philosophy, total reward framework.
    This includes the role of providing guidance to HRBPs and regional HR leadership to implement or refine reward practices and processes for businesses at the regional and field level. This applies to the full range of employee levels.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Be the key support of the Reward manager and hold responsibility for the implementation, and integration of the GJF program into current HR CoE operating model, with a shared responsibility for the integration of GJF into Career-Connect (HRIS modules) for the assigned regions.
