The role of the
Tech Ops Specialist is essential to ensuring the smooth functioning of the AGP Tech organization, focusing on daily processes and activities that keep the organization running, such as managing financials, vendor relations, KPIs, etc.
A strong candidate must demonstrate a sense of responsibility, flexibility, dedication to high-quality standards, attention to small details, and a combination of technical, consulting, and project management skills.
You will help identify areas for improvement, develop and implement new processes, and ensure that the organization meets its goals and objectives.
Job responsibilities:
- Track engineering teams’ sprint status and data, define and monitor metrics and create a reporting mechanism to provide transparency to upper management
- Design, lead and track impact-driven cross and inter-departmental workflows
- Assist in defining, managing, and tracking KPIs and quarterly goals for the Tech department
- Track and monitor the Tech budget
- Define and implement work procedures with internal stakeholders
- Conduct analysis, derive insights and make informed recommendations
- Collaborate and work closely with various stakeholders, internal and external to the Tech department
- Identify and drive best practices to improve workflows and efficiency
- Additional tasks and activities as required by the business
Your qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in managing cross-company processes, preferably in a tech organization
- Proven experience in planning and executing strategic initiatives
- Excellent English skills, written and verbal - a must
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and planning skills
- Experience in visualizing and presenting data insights
- High proficiency with G-Suite or very good ability to learn new suites and technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, build and implement processes while collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Independent, problem-solver, self-organized and self-learner
- BA graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics , or equivalent with a sense of excellence
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Monday, etc.) and BI tools (Sisense, Tableau, etc.) - an advantage
