Opening for the post of a Tele sales agent with spoken Arabic and English languages skills.
Self-driven Tele sales agent to join our Sales team, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales quota. As a Tele sales agent, we are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with the professional, but friendly approach
Duties include:
Taking leads from online advertising campaigns and convert them into orders. Replying queries from the customers by calling existing and new customers to generate sales. Handle complaints and refunds. In-charge of handling orders from query to shipment and after sales services. Enter and update customer information in the database and keep records of daily calls, sales and note useful information.
Candidates with tele-sales and marketing experience will be preferred.
Candidate Must have:
- Freshers are also welcome
- Regional experience would be preferred
- Arabic and English languages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
Candidates who can:
- Can handle work in pressure
- Can handle multitasking if required
- Willing to start immediately
