KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Acting as the point of contact between the manager and clients
  • Screening and directing phone calls and distributing correspondence as well as handling requests and queries appropriately

  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • You must possess writing skills to take dictation and meetingminutes

KEY SKILLS

  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant or Execuutive Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦70,000.00 - ₦90,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lekki: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
