As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:
- receiving, processing, and following up on incoming calls
- supporting customers with all the questions related to the company's full range of products
- assisting with day-to-day issues while maintaining an effective department with proper workflow documentation
- communicating customer issues and concerns for prompt action by company managers as required, reviewing complaints of service or products to ensure customer satisfaction
The Customer Care Representative should have:
- good command of the English language
- superior attention to detail and outstanding communication skills
- strong planning and organizational skills
- a bachelor's degree in Supply chain, logistics, or in relevant field would be considered an asset
- At least 6-month experience in Customer Services
