Position: Learnership Program Participant - Contact Center NQF Level 2
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract for 12 months
Duration: 54 to 60 weeks (including theoretical and practical training)
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the Contact Center NQF Level 2 learnership program.
- Attend and complete all required theoretical and practical training sessions.
- Develop skills and knowledge related to the contact center industry.
- Adhere to the program's rules and regulations and demonstrate professionalism.
- Embrace opportunities for personal and professional growth.
- Work on assigned campaigns within our organization.
- Contribute effectively to the success of the campaigns.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification: Matric (Grade 12) completion certificate.
- Age: Between 18 and 35 years old.
- Comfortable working night shifts as our campaigns are aligned with USA working hours.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Must have a documented disability.
- Ability to provide supporting medical notes or documentation that speak to your disability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to self-improvement and personal development.
- Basic computer literacy skills.
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
