What you will do:
- Perform tech repair and services via an outfitted and branded service vehicle
- Travel to and from various job tasks and work sites**
- Utilize service and communication apps to view daily orders, complete job tasks, and communicate with your team members and field support teams
- Sell Connected Home protection to eligible clients
- Sell accessories
- Manage logistics of daily repairs
- Manage serialized part stock and inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service
What you’ll bring to the team:

- Prior experience in phone repair (preferred)****
- Prior experience in sales or customer service (preferred)
- A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- A personal vehicle to drive to depot sites to pickup your assigned service vehicle
- Comfort working around dogs, cats, and other pets that may be present in customer homes experienced technicians
- Ability to pass urine drug screening and background checks

**Travel times and conditions vary, and may be subject to inclement traffic Field support team to facilitate and weather. Must be able to operate a vehicle for prolonged periods repairs and logistics in real-time without fatigue
***This position is full-time(40 hours/ week), but, due to the inconsistent nature of customer-set appointments, exact hour logs per day cannot be guaranteed
****Some knowledge in repair, sales, and customer service is good but not required. We will train the right candidate who is hungry and looking for new
