Job Description
- Develop FF&E specification documentation.
- Preparation, selection and development of FF&E, fabrics, finishes, artwork & accessories.
- Review samples, shop drawings and materials etc. for compliance with specifications and design intent.
- Provides FF&E advice and guidance to the design team.
- Attend and participate in meetings, design reviews etc.
- Coordinate with the interior design team to execute all FF&E design solutions.
- Inspect quality of FF&E pieces, specifying and scheduling for entire FF&E packages, liaising with suppliers and contractors, procurement, and on-site coordination.
- Attend and review the installation of all FF&E items.
- Keep up to date with industry developments, products, and trends, and share within the team.
