Role mission
Working in partnership with our client, the Integrated Project Manager will manage end-to-end processes on digital marketing and social media projects directly with the client and our internal and offshore creative team.
Job Description
- Identify, measure and report on relevant project performance metrics/KPIs
- Coordinate project activities in a matrix environment to deliver projects to agreed scope, schedule, cost and quality, enabling benefits realization.
- Campaign implementation processes.
- Act as main point of contact for internal and external team members and stakeholders, including customers, from project kick-off through execution.
- Influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure dependencies are met, risks/issues are addressed, and project milestones are achieved.
- Work with project team to optimize application of principles, methodologies and tools of project management and quality service delivery.
SKILLS
- 4-5 years’ experience of managing integrated campaigns in a creative or production agency, with good knowledge of marketing and social media.
- Strong proven project management skills and experience.
- Knowledge of the campaign implementation process.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and customer services, to encourage high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Information and data management skills.
- Experience creating and updating project plans and regular project status reports.
- Experience with stakeholder management and stakeholder communication on projects.
- Comfortable with managing multiple projects at once.
- Have a positive, can-do outlook, willing to leverage past experience to provide the best solution for each project you own.
- Be unafraid to ask questions and have an innate ability to identify and manage project risk.
Experience and Eduacation:
- English Level: Advanced in Writing and Listening. Intermediate for Speaking.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or similar
- At least 3-5 years of provable experience as a digital project manager.

- Monthly Base Salary: $36,000.00 MX (sueldo bruto)
