This position is located onsite in our Crestview FL call center. Training will take place onsite for 6-8 weeks. Agents will transition to a Work-at-Home position after training.
Positions start at $16 per hour + opportunity to earn monthly bonuses!

Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries about lost or damaged devices
- Process device upgrades and resolve customer issues
- Engage with customers to understand their technology and promote protection/tech support solutions
- Maintain data accuracy and performance standards
Requirements
- 6 months customer service experience (call center, retail or food service).
- HS Diploma or GED/equivalent
- Computer literacy and typing skills of 25 words per minute
- Self-motivated and able to adapt and comprehend changes in business processes or procedures
- Criminal record check
Work-at-Home Requirements
- A dedicated workspace that is located within your own residence that is quiet, a place you will not be disturbed and where there are no noises from your surroundings during work hours.
- We provide the equipment while you work for us.
- Internet
- Hardwired Cable or Fiber Optic connection (no wireless)
- The modem must be able to directly connect to PC or laptop during working hours.
- Minimum 25 Mbps download / Minimum 10 Mbps upload speed.
