More and more institutional investors are aiming to invest in residential real estate. BelSquare is aiming to provide professional advice to those investors and accompany them in their transactions.
As a consultant you will be in contact with developers and will actively build a portfolio of residential assets for sale. This applies to both existing residential real estate but mostly new construction. In collaboration with BelSquare’s Capital Markets team you will search, advise and support potential clients. You will conduct negotiations with potential buyers and sellers. You will proactively be looking for new opportunities with the aim of creating added value for every customer. This includes establishing contacts with investors, owners, and developers. You will organize marketing campaigns, structure sales processes, perform financial analyses and negotiate sales contracts.
Our requirements:
- You are passionate about real estate
- You have 4 years of experience in residential real estate
- Experience in contacts with institutional real estate investors or Belgian developers is a plus
- You wish to be part of a young and dynamic team
- You are a team player
- You have a higher education diploma, preferably in commercial science, finances, marketing
- You are enterprising, proactive, have strong communication skills and have a positive attitude
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, French and English
